My work would be described as deep therapeutic massage with an individualized approach to the body. I like to focus on specific clinical conditions while being detailed to the area I am working on with a goal to relieve tight muscles from every day use or injuries from over use. I as well have a soft touch for those needing a more relaxing and comforting massage whether it to be for medical reasons or just looking to relax.
Massage Services
Swedish
A relaxation massage using light to medium pressure with strokes to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension
Therapeutic
A variety of advanced techniques and different pressures are used in areas that need specific work to enhance the body’s restorative functioning.
Orthopedic
Massage to decrease pain, increase ROM, and prepare the body to return to normal daily activity. The focus is on soft tissue injury.
Deep Tissue
Slow strokes are used that focus firm pressure on layers of the muscles and tendons laying deep under your skin. This can loosen painful “knots” and is good for chronic aches and pains.
Lympahtic Massage
This is a form of gentle light strokes that mimic the flow of lymph in the body. This massage assists the lymphatic system in maintaining the body’s fluid balance, blood circulation and immune mechanisms.
Oncology Massage
This massage is customized to meet the unique and changing needs of someone in treatment for cancer or with a history of cancer. Light to touch and is based on compassion.

Set up Fee
For parties or events of 4 or more people a set up fee is added on. This includes the time before/after event and in between each client for cleaning and changing of linens.

Travel Fee
Any travel outside of Monroe County a travel fee will be applied. Not to exceed 60 miles

Chair Massage
Can be done in any increments of time, usually 10-20 minutes. Minimum of 10 clients or 90 minutes in order to book.
$1.50- $2.00 a minute depending on number of clients
